Purely Farm was founded with a simple belief: the purest nourishment comes from staying true to tradition. In a world full of shortcuts, we chose to slow down—and return to the timeless Bilona method of making ghee.
Our journey began with the Gir cow, a revered indigenous breed known for its rich A2 milk and gentle temperament. We partner with small ethical farms where Gir cows are cared for with dignity, allowed to roam freely, and milked with respect. Their milk becomes the heart of our craft.
Every batch of Purely Farm ghee is made the traditional way: hand-churned curd, small-batch simmering, and nothing added except patience and care. This age-old process preserves the natural nutrients, aroma, and golden richness that modern methods often lose.
